Detailed 4-Day Rwanda Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali, Rwanda

Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our 4-Day Rwanda Wildlife Safari representative and transferred to your hotel in Kigali. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore Kigali, Rwanda’s vibrant capital city, known for its cleanliness and cultural attractions. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Akagera National Park


After breakfast, we’ll depart for Akagera National Park, Rwanda’s only savannah national park located in the eastern part of the country. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge or camp in the park. Enjoy lunch and some leisure time to relax. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling game drive through the park, where you’ll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and numerous bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.

Day 3: Wildlife Game Drive Safari in Akagera National Park

Today, you’ll have a full day to explore Akagera National Park further. After an early breakfast, embark on morning and afternoon game drives, maximizing your chances of spotting the park’s diverse wildlife. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and the opportunity to see predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas, as well as other animals in their natural habitat.

After Lunch, bid farewell to Akagera as we drive to Volcanoes National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge or camp near the park.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park & Departure

Spend a magical hour in their presence, observing their behavior and capturing photographs.

After Gorilla Trekking, bid farewell to Volcanoes National Park as we drive back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your memorable 4-Day Rwanda Wildlife Safari experienc.
